flaconi in Berlin is seeking a Social Media Specialist to monitor and moderate user conversations across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. You will engage with the community, drive conversations, and help grow brand visibility.

With 2+ years in community management or social media marketing, you will craft compelling copy in German and English, and analyze sentiment and trends to inform strategy. Hybrid work with office benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Journalism or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in community management or social media marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills and verbal creativity.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user communication on all social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Proactively engage with the community, initiate conversations and respond to feedback.
• Help increase user engagement as part of the company strategy.
• Interact with other profiles, brands and influencers to boost brand visibility.
• Perform social listening, track brand mentions and identify key opinion leaders.
• Identify service-related requests and coordinate with customer care.
• Collaborate across social media marketing and other departments.
• Measure activities and produce reports (sentiment analysis, competitor analysis).
