• Able to manage multiple assignments and collaborate across teams.
• Sound judgment when handling employee, customer, or business content.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Austin social media content calendar.
• Create, schedule, and publish content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Capture photography and short-form video at the Austin office and events.
• Develop employee spotlights and workplace stories for recruiting content.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to strengthen employer brand.
• Support leaders with LinkedIn content, thought leadership, and engagement.
• Encourage employee participation and content sharing across channels.
• Highlight community partnerships and local engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages, and analytics.
• Coordinate content reviews and ensure brand compliance.
