Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to strengthen brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives, social media management, content creation, recruiting support, event promotion, and internal communications.

This role collaborates with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, andOperations to execute marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, create engaging content, capture photography and video, and report on marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing or social media.
• Experience creating/managing social media campaigns.
• Experience with photography, videography, graphic design.
• Experience in employer branding or TA marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes marketing and social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports social media and marketing performance metrics.
• Maintains a comprehensive social media content calendar, posting schedules, and campaign timelines.
• Creates, writes, edits, schedules, and publishes content across all social media and digital platforms.
• Collaborates with creative services for graphics, photography, videos, reels, stories, and other digital content.
• Captures and edits photography and video content at jobsites, recruiting events, employee events, and community engagements.
• Supports integrated marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
• Develops internal and external communications that promote company initiatives, employee engagement, recruiting efforts, and brand awareness.
• Coordinates marketing support for recruiting events, trade shows, conferences, customer events, employee recognition programs, and community outreach activities.
• Monitors social media engagement and supports community management.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to promote career opportunities and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborates with the Web and Digital Experience Specialist to support integrating communication between social media and website visibility.
• Researches industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Supports public relations initiatives, media opportunities, advertising campaigns, and event promotion.
• Maintains brand standards and ensures consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
• Provides marketing and communication support to internal departments and teams, as assigned.
