The role requires 3–5 years in social media management, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or Communications, and ability to adapt content to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 3–5 years of social media management experience.
• Experience managing social media pages and campaigns for retail brands.
• Familiarity with retail environments; ability to lift up to 25lbs and travel up to 25%.
• Proficient with digital campaigns, content creation, and cross-platform curation.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Manager in executing comprehensive social media strategy across major platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches.
• Create engaging social content and maintain brand voice across channels.
• Lead campaign briefs, photoshoots concepts, and content plans.
• Monitor performance, provide weekly insights, and optimize content.
• Publish and manage static, video, and short-form content across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet brand goals.
• Support influencer marketing, outreach, sample coordination and reporting.
• Assist with administrative tasks and process improvements for social ops.
