Unity Global Communications is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our global social presence. You will bridge brand goals with execution, owning a unified strategy that combines organic storytelling, paid amplification, and executive communications.

You’ll manage a portfolio across platforms, design advanced paid strategies, and shape Unity’s executive voice to influence the industry landscape. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing for global brands.
• Ability to navigate between ground-level execution and big-picture strategy.
• Deep knowledge of organic and paid social growth and platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritization, delivery, and performance of Unity's social portfolio.
• Design advanced paid/boosting frameworks to amplify key stories.
• Lead end-to-end social strategy for Unity's executive leadership.
• Collaborate across business units to align social initiatives with company projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline social workflows to improve delivery.
