Job summary

fomo is seeking a Social Lead to manage and grow our social channels across X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will source and create content for our own channels, and adapt content to each platform to maximize reach and engagement.

You will analyze data to drive views and conversions, own end-to-end content processes, and ensure brand voice and aesthetics remain consistent. You will lead brand campaigns and growth-focused initiatives from our SoHo, NYC office.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling accounts on social platforms (personal accounts acceptable; corporate is a plus).
• Ability to deeply analyze data and optimize for views and conversions.
• Can own the social content process from sourcing to posting and performance monitoring.

About The Team

• You’ll be joining a team of 6 on the GTM side. The company and role is based in-person in SoHo, NYC.
• Everyone on the team is crypto-native with experience from companies like dYdX, Uniswap, OpenSea, Magic Eden, and Zora. We have high standards for ourselves and the people we work with.

About The Role

You will own one primary functions in your role as Social Lead:

• Running fomo socials on X, TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Sourcing and creating content that will live on our own socials across various platforms
  • Learning and re-learning the algorithms of each social media platform to convert on fomo native content
  • Maintaining brand consistency in voice, style, aesthetics across our social accounts
  • Owning brand and creative campaigns, including product announcements, growth events, etc

Minimum Qualifications

• Has experience scaling accounts on various social media platforms (can be personal. Bonus if corporate account)
• Able to deeply analyze data and optimize for views + conversion
• Can own process end to end from sourcing, posting, and monitoring all content and performance

• Personal crypto trading experience is a plus - everyone on our team trades, and it is what lets our product stand out amongst the competition.
