We are seeking a highly curious, analytical and social-first individual to join our North America Coffee Marketing organization as our Social Intelligence & Operations Manager. This individual will report to the Director, Social & Communications.
Social moves fast. We’re looking for someone who can help us understand not just what’s happening, but why it matters and what we should do about it.
This role will sit at the intersection of social, culture, consumers and data, elevating our approach to social listening, intelligence, analytics, technology and governance. You’ll turn millions of conversations and signals into actionable insights our brands can use, helping us to understand what consumers are saying, how culture is shifting, where our brands stand, what competitors are doing and where the next opportunity may be.
As a key member of the Connections + Creativity team, you’ll support iconic brands including Keurig®, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters® and The Original Donut Shop®, using social intelligence to inform everything from content and creative to community, campaigns and broader marketing decisions.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical thinker, cultural observer and strategic storyteller, with a track record of building successful social intelligence programs in-house or at an agency. You can dig into the data, but you don’t stop at the dashboard. You’re curious enough to ask why, strategic enough to determine so what, and confident enough to recommend now what. Most importantly, you’re passionate about social and culture and energized by the opportunity to turn insights into action and help our brands move at the speed of social.
It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social but thinks beyond the feed. You're endlessly curious about people, culture and why conversations take off. You love finding the story hidden in the data and, more importantly, helping teams understand what to do with it.
You’re comfortable moving between dashboards and creative conversations, digging into a cultural moment one minute and presenting a recommendation to senior leadership the next. You thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and are excited by the opportunity to help build what best-in-class social intelligence looks like for our Coffee brands.
