Job summary

Panorama Global in the United States is seeking a Project Manager, Social Impact to oversee day-to-day execution across a portfolio of programs. This role sits within the Managed and Supported team, collaborating with operations, external affairs, and other colleagues.

Based in Seattle or New York, you’ll work in-office three days per week, coordinating with project leads and team members to ensure timely delivery and impact. Growth opportunities exist in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Project management and execution: demonstrate detail oriented PM experience (2–4 years).
• Collaboration and stakeholder management: operate in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Communication and problem solving: excellent English verbal and written communication; synthesize information.
• Technology and systems: working knowledge of Office, CRM, and PM tools; willingness to learn.
• Judgment and initiative: proactive, adaptable, independent with guidance as needed.
• Related experience: experience in philanthropy, nonprofit, or social impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day responsibilities to support project execution with project leads.
• Maintain work plans, roadmaps, and tracking systems for coordination and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, meetings, logistics, notes, and follow‑up.
• Develop, write, and edit project materials including proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Support contracting, grant management, expense management, data entry, and SharePoint tasks.
• Serve as a program team resource for systems use and process implementation.
