Job summary

Clayco is a full-service real estate development and construction firm serving North America. The Civic and Social Impact Coordinator will support philanthropic giving and fundraising efforts by managing the grants database, donor communications, and tracking awards and payments.

Working with the Executive Director and teams, you will ensure timely reporting, maintain donor records, and help secure funding for Clayco's Enterprise and Foundation initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in grantmaking or nonprofit administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce donor reports.
• Proven organizational skills and deadline-driven work culture.
• Familiarity with grants management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data in CyberGrants for recipients and history.
• Process and track payments, invoices, disbursements with accounting.
• Troubleshoot grant portal issues and provide system support.
• Generate regular reports analyzing giving patterns and fundraising trends.
• Maintain organized gift/grants calendar with deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist in planning and executing internal fundraising events.
• Coordinate logistics, manage guest lists, track donations, provide event support.
• Plan volunteer activities with partner organizations.
