Clayco is a full-service real estate development, master planning, architecture, engineering and construction firm based in Phoenix. The Senior Project Manager will lead design-build projects from concept through closeout, managing budgets from $60 million to $250 million and supporting preconstruction, buyouts, and full on-site execution.

Travel nationwide with a fast-paced, collaborative team working with architects, engineers and planners while maintaining a strong safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related required.
• 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Experience leading a project management team.

The Role We Want You For

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout. Provide leadership, technical direction, and deliver the best solutions on design-build projects valued anywhere from a $60 million to over $250 million. At Clayco, a Senior Project Manager is responsible for assisting with preconstruction, buying out contracts, and managing the project from start to finish.

The Specifics of the Role

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.

Requirements

• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
• Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.
