Advocate Health Care is seeking a Social Impact & Community Relations Intern to support community engagement, partnerships, and CSR initiatives in Macon, GA. The internship offers hands-on experience in program development, stakeholder engagement, event planning, and impact reporting.

Interns will work on planning events, tracking social impact, and assisting with communications while gaining mentorship from experienced leaders.

Formación

• Current enrollment with freshman, sophomore, junior or senior status as of Fall 2027 at a regional accredited college or university.
• Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree in relevant field.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.
• Demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute community outreach programs and volunteer events.
• Support partnerships with nonprofits, schools, and civic organizations.
• Track and report social impact metrics and outcomes.
• Contribute to internal and external communications for initiatives.
• Research social issues, community needs, and best practices.
• Assist with grant applications, sponsorships, and donation tracking.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Gain experience in community engagement and CSR strategy.
