• Experience with basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake interviews and client assessments
• Support case managers in developing and tracking individualized service plans
• Help coordinate referrals to community partners and services
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Update client files and file organization
• Assist in planning workshops, events, and resource fairs
• Conduct follow-up calls and check-ins with clients
• Support data entry and reporting for program outcomes
• Identify resources for housing, employment, or childcare
• Provide general administrative support including phones and copying
• Complete volunteer intake and training process for The Methodist Home for Children & Youth
