Forsyth Tech in Winston-Salem seeks a Social and Human Services Clinical Education Coordinator to support student success from recruitment through graduation. You will design and implement engaging instructional activities, assess learning, and maintain records while coordinating fieldwork and supervising students across campuses.

The role requires a master’s degree in a human services field, teaching experience, and willingness to teach varied modalities (face-to-face, online).

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, gerontology or a human services-related field with at least 18 graduate hours in the area of specialty.
• Successful teaching experience.
• Willingness to learn and use distance learning technologies.
• Understanding of and commitment to the mission of the community college.
• Meet minimum SACS criteria and other credentialing requirements for teaching.
• Willingness to teach face-to-face, online asynchronous, and online synchronous classes.
• Willingness and ability to travel and teach at multiple campuses or offsite locations.
• Flexibility to teach morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes.
• Experience with assessment and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Teach assignments as recommended by the Program Coordinator and Department Chair and approved by the Dean.
• Design inclusive instructional activities and maximize equitable student outcomes.
• Maintain college records including attendance and grades.
• Assess student learning using appropriate modalities and LMS tools.
• Develop and update course descriptions, objectives, and syllabi.
• Engage in curriculum and program development and participate in field-related activities.
• Coordinate and oversee fieldwork placements and supervision as needed.
• Contribute to student success and engage with support services.
