High Scale in Los Angeles is seeking a Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and more. You will own the channels, craft engaging content, and drive a data-driven strategy that aligns with our creative agency DNA.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to source campaigns, translate wins into shareable posts, respond to audiences, and measure KPIs to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of social media management experience in a creative agency, media company, or tech brand.
• Proven ability to grow and manage professional accounts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own High Scale's social channels with a full strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Engage with comments, DMs, and industry partners to grow the community.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to source and repurpose content.
• Track KPIs and report insights to refine the social strategy.
