Paradowski Creative Inc. is seeking a Social Designer to lead visual craft and platform fluency for ongoing social content.

You will shape the visual voice for dedicated accounts, from daily posts to paid campaigns, collaborating with account and creative teams to keep content on-brand and high performing. The role focuses on designing and editing platform-native content, staying ahead of trends, and mentoring junior designers while leveraging generative AI tools to enhance the creative process.

Qualifications

• Experience designing social content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for craft and motion work.
• Portfolio shows platform-native design and short-form video.
• Ability to design and edit UGC-style content that reads authentic.
• Experience adapting paid social concepts across formats.

Responsibilities

• Create visual design and short-form motion/video content for social posts and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into on-brand concepts across platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account teams to ground content in audience needs.
• Design paid social ad creative across multiple formats to meet goals.
• Present work internally and to clients with clear rationale.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to craft culture.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and AI applications.
