Job summary

GSF Media is seeking a designer with a strong eye for social content to produce static and motion design for client campaigns. The role combines hands-on design with client leadership, requiring both creative execution and relationship management.

You will create feed-ready content for social platforms, develop campaigns across channels, and help shape each client’s visual system while staying on-brand and on-trend.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing social content design.
• Proficient in typography, color, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating short-form video for social platforms (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts).
• Ability to lead client relationships and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design original static posts, carousels, motion graphics.
• Create reels native to platforms; shoot and edit short-form video.
• Design digital campaigns across channels (paid social, display, web).
• Define each client’s visual system and maintain brand consistency.
• Lead client relationships, plan content calendars and approvals.
• Publish content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn; coordinate promotions.
• Plan shoots with Video and Photography; manage timelines and briefs.
• Track KPIs and discuss performance with the Ads team.
