Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in social graphic and motion design.
• Strong portfolio spanning carousels, Stories, static graphics, and motion assets built for major platforms.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce standout social creative tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Craft motion graphics and animated treatments for short‑form video.
• Support product launches, brand partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and always‑on content with polished assets.
• Build and maintain editable templates and scalable creative systems for content production.
• Partner with internal creative and social teams to shape the brand's evolving social identity.
• Optimize assets for engagement, readability, and mobile‑first consumption.
• Translate campaign creative into platform‑specific formats while keeping a consistent visual thread.
• Collaborate with the Social Lead, content creators, and agency partners from concept to execution.
• Keep up with emerging social design and motion trends to stay relevant.
• Balance quick‑turn requests with larger campaign deliverables in a fast‑moving environment.
