Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking a strategic Social Creative Manager to lead our Social Content team from our HQ in Lehi, Utah. You will oversee ideation, creation, and delivery of best-in-class social-first content across our brands, mentoring a small production team and shaping the overall creative vision.

You will drive content strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media creative, content production, or related field; videography or photography preferred.
• Keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to create visually compelling content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first content across video, photography, and digital formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve Studio; familiarity with emerging tools.
• Experience leading creative teams and projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with understanding of social media language and trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ideation, creation, and delivery of engaging content across formats.
• Define and lead the creative vision for social content across all brands.
• Manage a team of social creatives with coaching and development.
• Coordinate production workflows from concept to delivery.
