Trove Brands is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its in-office Lehi HQ. You will craft digital, web, and marketing assets for the Owala brand, collaborating with the Art Director and cross-functional partners to maintain brand consistency and visual excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Ability to execute within brand standards while contributing ideas and solutions.
• Experience designing for digital platforms such as websites, social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to receive and apply feedback.
• Comfortable with production schedules and shifting priorities.
• Ability to rough out concepts via sketches or mood boards and carry ideas to polished execution.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute assets across digital, web, social, e‑commerce, and marketing channels.
• Develop brand-aligned visuals, layouts, and design systems for campaigns.
• Create digital-ready assets with high accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to translate direction into polished execution.
• Design digital ads, banners, social content, and other marketing assets.
• Participate in discovery and scope discussions to understand objectives and project requirements.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining brand integrity.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques.
