Job summary

Big Spaceship is seeking a Creative Director - Social to lead creative vision and process for multi-brand clients in New York. This role blends social-first ideation with hands-on execution across organic and paid social, creator programming, events, and integrated campaigns.

You will own end-to-end direction, present to clients, and mentor teams while staying hands-on, including shooting and editing content on an iPhone.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in creative roles with social-first experience.
• Experience leading social always-on and full-service campaigns.
• Ability to shoot and edit content on an iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision across organic and paid social, creator programs, events, and campaigns.
• Present concepts in client meetings and pitches with strong communication.
• Mentor and align multidisciplinary teams across brands and productions.
• Oversee quality and consistency of deliverables across channels.
