Born Social, a global media, creative, and data agency within Croud, seeks a senior creative leader in New York, NY. This hybrid role centers on shaping creative direction, leading pitches, and raising the standard for work across accounts.

You will oversee output across client accounts, mentor the team, and create case studies and thought leadership that reflect the team’s quality and impact. Strong social insight, pitch experience, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in conceptual creative or creative strategy.
• Track record of pitching and delivering industry-leading creative campaigns.
• Experience delivering creative direction and ideation for big-name global brands.
• Decision-maker with strong problem-solving and quick course-correct abilities.
• Strong skills in deck creation and presenting."
• Experience working on integrated work spanning media and creative with a social-first lens.
• Ideally experience with non-profit brands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client deliverables from ideation and pitch through execution and delivery, tied to the brief and business plan.
• Lead pitches and client presentations to win new work from existing and new clients.
• Own creative output across accounts and foster a culture of creative excellence with the team.
• Create case studies, thought leadership and showcases reflecting team impact.
• Lead, mentor and build confidence within the creative team and uphold values.
