Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist & Social Media Manager who will develop and implement our content strategy, manage and grow our social channels, and strengthen our brand identity through authentic storytelling. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on content creation, directly impacting Mandala Scrubs’ global digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, results-oriented content strategy aligned with Mandala Scrubs’ brand and growth objectives.
• Plan, produce, curate, and publish engaging content (videos, graphics, photos, copy) tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.

Social Media Management:

• Actively manage Mandala Scrubs’ organic social media presence, driving growth, meaningful interactions, and brand loyalty.
• Foster an active community, respond thoughtfully to comments, DMs, and mentions, and maintain authentic relationships.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships:

• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers and creators, managing collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Monitor, analyze, and report social media metrics; leverage insights to optimize performance, enhance engagement, and drive organic growth.

Brand Storytelling:

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and compelling narratives across all digital channels.

About You:

• Passionate about social media, healthcare communities, and authentic storytelling.
• At least 3 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally apparel or lifestyle-oriented.
• Proven ability to create engaging content (including Reels, TikToks, photos, graphics).
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, content strategies, and analytics.
• Proactive, organized, self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and UGC strategies.
