Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Product Strategy professional to own and optimize a community content product (Square), driving ranking, recommendations, and distribution to boost user growth and retention. You will shape the long-term roadmap and collaborate across teams to execute scalable content strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in strategy products, community products, or content ecosystems; experience with Web3/fintech is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with post ranking, content recommendation, user retention, or content-driven growth.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term execution and long-term platform development.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate content quality, community health, and user engagement.
• Clear and structured thinking with ability to break down complex ecosystem challenges into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders on strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy design and ongoing optimization for a community content product (Square), focusing on ranking, recommendations, distribution, and filtering.
• Improve user experience, community engagement, and retention through better content quality and ranking strategies to drive growth.
• Define the overall community content strategy and long-term roadmap for the content ecosystem, including classification and distribution mechanisms.
• Design and iteratively refine content recommendation and distribution strategies with DAU growth and retention as key objectives.
• Analyze the relationship between engagement and core user behaviors, develop growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Independently manage full product cycle from strategy to design to data validation and iteration.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in strategy products, community products, or content ecosystems. Experience with Web3, fintech, or large-scale content communities is preferred.
