Job summary

Fello is seeking a Social Content Manager to grow and manage our social presence. This hands‑on role involves publishing, community engagement, and collaborating with leadership to turn ideas into compelling content.

You’ll help shape a strong voice across platforms and manage day‑to‑day channel execution. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Community, and Marketing to turn events, customer stories, and initiatives into content.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, content marketing, community, editorial, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Good editorial judgment and an eye for quality.
• Basic video editing or content production experience.
• Experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Interest in AI and modern content workflows.
• Open to occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day execution across Fello’s social channels, including publishing, scheduling, and channel management.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community conversations, engaging thoughtfully with customers, prospects, and partners.
• Help ensure Fello consistently shows up with a strong voice and active presence across every platform.
• Work closely with the CEO, Head of Community, and Marketing team to turn ideas, events, customer stories, and company initiatives into content.
• Capture, edit, and publish social‑first content across channels.
• Repurpose webinars, podcasts, events, and existing content into new formats that extend reach and engagement.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, editing, research, and publishing workflows.
• Review and refine AI‑assisted content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Help build repeatable systems that allow Fello to create more content without sacrificing quality.
• Track performance across channels and report on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness.
• Identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities to improve results.
• Support testing and experimentation across content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies.

You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and growth teams to help turn ideas into content, manage day‑to‑day channel execution, and ensure Fello consistently shows up with a strong voice across every platform.

The ideal candidate has strong editorial instincts, great attention to detail, and enough experience to make smart decisions without needing constant direction.

You Will:

Manage Fello’s Social Presence:

• Own day‑to‑day execution across Fello’s social channels, including publishing, scheduling, and channel management
