Mural is seeking a Social & Content Lead to own company channels day to day across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. You will work with our Brand Manager, founders, and marketing, growth, and GTM teams to showcase our invisible but powerful financial infrastructure.

You will turn launches, customer wins, and life inside the company into engaging content, amplify voices, and support conferences and live events around the world.

Qualifikationen

• You have run social for a brand, ideally B2B/fintech/infrastructure.
• You write sharp, short copy and know how each platform works.
• You make complicated topics clear, honest, and entertaining.
• You can edit short-form video on your phone or with CapCut.
• You already use AI tools daily to work faster, and know where judgment starts.
• You're up for regular travel to conferences and customer sites.
• You're curious about fintech, AI, or startups.
• You thrive in early-stage ambiguity: ownership and impact.

Aufgaben

• Run our socials end-to-end on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram including calendar, posts, and replies.
• Turn launches, customer wins, founder perspective, and life inside the company into scalable content.
• Amplify our voices by distributing founder posts and customer stories across channels.
• Build live stories and follow-up for conferences and onsite customer visits worldwide.
• Support growth and sales by providing posts/assets for GTM and partnerships.
• Move fast with AI tools, then write it yourself in our voice.
• Guard the brand promise and ensure posts are honest and aligned with the fintech infrastructure focus.
