Bader Rutter is seeking an Associate Director, Social Content & Engagement in Milwaukee (or Chicago). You will lead social strategy and content creation for primarily B2B brands, steering a player-coach team to deliver compelling campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

You’ll partner with analytics, creative and media teams to craft integrated solutions, manage budgets, and drive engagement while mentoring social practitioners and expanding audience reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in social strategy with leadership of teams.
• Strong editorial judgment and mastery of social content creation.
• Experience growing engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform-specific social strategies tied to client goals and trends.
• Lead social campaigns from brief through post-campaign analysis.
• Lead creator and influencer strategy including contracts and amplification.
• Define measurement frameworks and translate data into insights for clients.
