Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Social Content Creator in New York to produce social-first content across a portfolio of brands. You will run end-to-end production from brief to delivery, collaborating with strategists and creative leads, while adapting to each brand’s identity and platform behavior.

You will shoot, edit, and optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats, using your strong eye for storytelling, composition, and on-camera presence

Qualifications

• Shooting on iPhone and DSLR with studio and real-world lighting.
• Advanced editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva or Edits.
• Experience with short-form vertical video, product-led content and creator-style formats.
• Strong eye for composition, styling and staging.
• Copywriting for captions, hooks and on-screen text.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and produce social-first content for various platforms.
• Turn Creative Direction into on-brief content and contribute ideas.
• Develop content ideas for different audiences across brand identities.
• Create strong visual hooks to capture attention early and retain it.
• Manage full production workflow from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with strategists and leads to ensure on-brand output.
• Present work to partners and adapt to feedback and timelines.
• Use analytics to refine creative decisions.
