OLIVER, the Brandtech Group, seeks a Content Creator to own end-to-end video production—from concept through delivery—working with senior executives to craft stories that resonate across channels. You’ll be comfortable on camera as well as behind it, and you’ll shape narratives with clarity and polish.

This hands-on role blends creative craft with technical skill and strong collaboration across communications, marketing, and HR.

Formación

• Experience creating professional video content end-to-end.
• Strong on-camera presentation and communication.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with Gen AI in content creation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social media, digital channels, internal communications, and executive thought leadership programmes.
• Appear on camera when required, presenting content with confidence and professionalism.
• Write clear, engaging copy to support video content, including scripts, captions, and short-form editorial.
• Work directly with clients and senior executives to understand their communication goals and translate them into compelling content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to brief, on time, and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including communications, marketing, and HR teams — to align content with broader messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent visual and editorial style across all output, in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
• Stay current on social media trends and formats, applying platform-native thinking to content delivery.
• Contribute ideas and creative perspectives in briefings and content planning sessions.
• Support continuous improvement of content workflows, tools, and quality standards.
