Location:

• Candidates should be based in Los Angeles, CA area, with occasional local travel to restaurants and infrequent trips to our Scottsdale, AZ corporate office.

P.F. Chang’s is looking for a creative Social Content Creator & Strategist to share our story across social media channels. In this role, you’ll own social creative for our brand. You’ll be responsible for managing P.F. Chang’s content calendar, concepting, planning, producing, shooting, and editing video and photo creative for social, writing copy, and publishing all social content across our channels. While this position is not responsible for all community management, you will monitor user-generated content (UGC) and comment on specific social media content to engage with our community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing content calendar and publishing all social content across our channels
• Developing and pitching creative ideas for social media platforms
• Visiting our restaurants and shooting content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, as well as capturing content during photo shoots
• Creating impactful, platform-specific social assets
• Translating social and cultural trends into engaging content (memes, trends, pop-culture moments)
• Writing social post copy, reposting UGC, and engaging with our online community
• Collaborating with marketing to brainstorm ideas aligned with business goals and marketing calendar
• Working with leadership on platform strategies, reporting, influencer campaigns, and online presence
• Creating social media content that drives KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, brand awareness, and sales
• Building influencer gifting and seeding programs with our social media lead

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in social media content creation with a strong portfolio (video, photo, copy)
• Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe, Capcut, Canva, TikTok, Premiere
• Experience with publishing tools such as Emplifi, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite
• Familiarity with social listening tools and real-time response
• Comfortable on camera and working with talent, including TikTok and Instagram content
• Strong writing skills and knowledge of online trends
• Experience creating shareable memes and low-fi social content
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and working with content creators
