Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or related field.
• 3–5+ years of social media, content marketing, community management, or digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Experience creating social-first video and visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills.
• Experience using social management and analytics platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Capture on-site content at customer locations, trade shows, test kitchens, and launches.
• Partner with culinary, sales, product management, marketing, and national accounts teams to develop stories.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and conversations.
• Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports with insights.
