Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. in Chicago is hiring an Associate Social & Community Manager to bring MadeGood’s social presence to life through thoughtful community engagement and day‑to‑day social execution.

You’ll be the frontline voice between MadeGood and its community, building authentic relationships while supporting influencer programs, PR, partnerships, and experiential activations. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, community management or brand communications.
• Experience using social publishing, community management, listening, or analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Comfort working in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva; familiarity with basic photo or video editing tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own daily community engagement across MadeGood’s social platforms.
• Engage with consumers in a friendly, on-brand way.
• Support social content publishing and calendar management.
• Identify user-generated content opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners for assets and approvals.
