You'll work with senior strategists to execute, optimize, and scale social commerce programs, balancing creativity with analytics to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in social media, influencer marketing, paid media, or e-commerce.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and short-form content ecosystems.
• Strong written communication and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and deadline-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit creators aligned with brand goals.
• Manage product seeding and creator communication.
• Track posting timelines and compliance.
• Monitor GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR and surface optimization.
• Maintain tracking dashboards and reports.
• Analyze performance trends and identify scaling opportunities.
• Support live shopping prep and show flow.
