• Experience building reports and making data actionable.
• Experience creating, editing, and posting organic content on TikTok.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Passionate about e-commerce and/or book publishing.
• Ambitious in fast-growing, complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seasonal title promotions by pulling title lists and monitoring profitability.
• Project manage large-scale marketing and merchandising efforts with Director of Social Commerce and media companies.
• Manage reserves, inventory, and demand for social commerce products.
• Monitor sales trends and communicate updates to imprint teams.
• Build and maintain digital storefronts with seasonal and trending titles.
• Assist ideation and production of new-to-market products and bundles.
• Manage sales-focused advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on TikTok content.
