Responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to translate social, content, creator, affiliate, and discovery strategies into plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Own and improve the marketing calendar across social media, content, partnerships, ecommerce, and agency work.
• Manage planning systems, rhythms, and workflows to keep priorities and campaigns aligned.
• Maintain reporting routines, dashboards, scorecards, and stakeholder updates for clear insights.
• Analyze performance across channels to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create communication processes and regular updates to keep teams aligned on priorities and impact.
• Identify process improvements to increase accountability and efficiency as the function scales.
• Monitor trends to inform future social operations, content planning, and reporting.
