Job summary

News Corp's The New York Post is hiring a versatile Commerce Associate in NYC. This hybrid role supports affiliate marketing, publisher and creator monetization, business development, and audience growth, reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth.

You will help optimize content distribution, pitch commerce content, and coordinate with partners to drive revenue. The position requires 2+ years of experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with affiliate platforms and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytics mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience using affiliate platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Help execute our day-to-day content distribution strategy.
• Assist in programming and pitching our commerce content for on-site and off-site promotions.
• Support onboarding for new ventures.
• Produce editorial content that helps reach revenue goals or other KPIs with our partners.
• Support commerce team with video production coordination for websites, social platforms, and YouTube channels.
• Work closely with the commerce content team to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Be an active participant in strategic planning and brainstorming.
• Support merch operations with inventorying, pricing audits, store organization.
• Regularly perform audits for content consistency and optimization.
• Pull research and analyze data to guide sound business decisions.
