Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Interest in TikTok, TikTok Shop, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, beauty, skincare, or consumer brands.
• Prior internship, coursework, campus organization, creator, retail, e-commerce, influencer, or social media experience preferred.
• Comfortable using TikTok and social platforms to research creators, trends, products, and competitive activity.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day communication with TikTok Shop affiliate creators across community channels, direct messages, email, and other approved communication tools.
• Review creator-facing messaging and brief materials for accuracy, clarity, brand alignment, product claims, and required campaign details.
• Track creator deliverables and content status, follow up on open items, and flag blockers or opportunities to the Affiliate and Social Commerce teams.
• Assist with creator activation for key sales moments, launches, and platform campaigns.
• Maintain accurate creator lists and trackers, including outreach, participation, posting status, performance, and follow-up actions.
