Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC US, INC in New York City is seeking a Social Commerce Planning & Operations Intern to support planning, reporting, inventory tracking, SAP uploads, and day-to-day operational coordination across TikTok Shop and emerging social channels. This internship provides hands-on exposure to ecommerce operations, supply chain coordination, business reporting, and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Analytics, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in ecommerce, operations, supply chain, retail, finance, analytics, or reporting preferred.
• Interest in social commerce, TikTok Shop, beauty, consumer goods, ecommerce operations, or marketplace channels.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly inventory tracking across TikTok Shop channels, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels, sell-through, weeks of supply, stockout risk, overstock exposure, and replenishment needs across brands and key SKUs.
• Support maintenance of inventory trackers and planning documents by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Flag potential inventory risks, launch gaps, and reporting discrepancies for follow-up.
• Assist with shipment tracking, inbound timing, delivery issue documentation, and coordination with partners.
• Support day-to-day TikTok Shop account operations, including product setup and content updates.
• Assist SAP uploads and data reconciliation for reporting and planning inputs.
