Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Social Care Worker to join a dedicated adult social care team. The role focuses on delivering person-centred, high-quality care and support to residents, while leading a team of care workers with transparency and integrity.

You will be responsible for the safe administration of medication and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure responsive service delivery. Prior experience in social care is essential.
