Youth Soccer Instructors Needed for Children Ages 2-8: West Lafayette/Lafayette. Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills, character development, and fun in every session. Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country. We only hire the best instructors to work with our children. Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you not only enjoy working with children, but that you are incredibly passionate about it. We want our 30-minute Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30 minutes of each child’s week. • Due to our continued growth we are currently hiring for part-time and full-time coaches in the West Lafayette/Lafayette area. Afternoon and evening availability is required.
• Our part-time coaches need to be available three days a week, Monday-Friday, or a combination of mornings/afternoons/evenings Monday-Friday.
• Starting pay is $12.00 - $17.00 per session, with room for growth at the hourly rate or into a salaried position with increased pay.
• We have sessions at schools running Monday through Friday, with some public park programs running in the evenings. There is flexibility in scheduling, but once your schedule is set, you’ll be at the same locations at the same times each week, and we ask you to be committed for the entire season.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Responsible: Arrives on time, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching.
• Professional: Friendly and courteous with daycare center staff and parents.
• Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2 – 8 years old) and be outgoing and energetic.
• Soccer: Soccer experience is helpful, but not required.
• Working with children: Experience working with and comfortable engaging with 2-8 year olds.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
• Equipment: Must own and have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
