Youth Soccer Instructors Needed for Children Ages 2-8: West Lafayette/Lafayette

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country. We hire the best instructors to work with children, emphasizing passion and a love for working with kids. While soccer skills are helpful, the key is your ability to handle a group of young children and make a lasting positive impact on them.

We are hiring part-time coaches with afternoon and evening availability for sessions at daycares, preschools, and community centers. Candidates should be available three full days a week, with flexible scheduling options. Morning classes run from approximately 8am-12pm. Starting pay is $17 per session (about $34/hr), with potential for growth into salaried positions.

Commitment is needed for at least 3-4 seasons (9-12 months), with a preference for long-term employment and growth opportunities.

Ideal Instructor Criteria:

• Responsible: Punctual, capable of managing groups of 10+ children, accurate attendance tracking, good communication with staff.
• Professional: Neat appearance, friendly, courteous, confident.
• Enthusiastic: Enjoy engaging with children aged 2-8, outgoing, animated, able to connect and make sessions fun.
