Compensation:

Starting at $18/hour, with potential to increase to $24/hour based on experience. Coaches typically conduct 4-8 sessions per week, each lasting 1 hour, with some travel required.

This is a seasonal, part-time position (<15 hours/week). Candidates must complete Child Abuse History Clearance, PA Criminal Background check, and FBI Fingerprints. Soccer Shots will assist with these processes.

We provide comprehensive training, ongoing evaluations, and curriculum updates to support our coaches' growth. Our program emphasizes character development and skill building.
