Soccer Post in Plano, TX is seeking a friendly Retail Specialist to help customers find gear they love and the products they need. You’ll create an inviting store atmosphere and support daily operations to keep our neighborhood shops running smoothly.

We value a customer-service mindset, strong communication, and a passion for soccer. Weekend availability is required, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience and customer service mindset required.
• Soccer background — player, coach, or fan is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects Soccer Post’s core values.
• Greet and engage every customer who walks through our doors.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best products for their game.
• Showcase and explain merchandise with confidence.
• Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items.
• Support team inventory and other store operations.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.
