Job summary

Soccer Post in Copperfield, TX is hiring a Retail Specialist to bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life. You’ll help customers find gear, explain products, and support store operations while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (preferred), retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn our products and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience encouraged.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding gear and products they need.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service reflecting core values.
• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend products.
• Handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms and stock areas organized.
• Receive shipments, stock inventory, and monitor low items.
• Support team operations and answer phone inquiries.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.
