Job summary

Soccer Post is seeking a Retail Specialist to bring the Soccer Post experience to life by helping customers find gear they love and the products they need. You will create an inviting store atmosphere and support daily operations to keep stores running strong.

Weekend availability is required. This in-person role emphasizes excellent communication, a friendly attitude, and knowledge of soccer products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred, customer service minded.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
• Greet and engage every customer who enters the store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products.
• Showcase merchandise with confidence and explain details.
• Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Receive shipments, stock inventory, and monitor low stock.
• Support team operations and handle phone inquiries.
