Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail experience is preferred; customer service mindset (required).
• Soccer background — player, coach, or fan is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory items.
• Support team inventory and other store operations.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.
