Job summary

Brains & Motion Education is seeking Floater Instructors to support multiple schools across a designated area, focusing on soccer and sports enrichment for students in grades K-8. This role offers meaningful mentorship and flexible part-time hours during the fall session in the Rosemead, CA region.

As a Floater Instructor, you will substitute for scheduled instructors, deliver high-quality instruction, assist with program inventory, and help maintain a positive, fun learning environment that

Qualifications

• Experience teaching youth soccer preferred.
• Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire students in soccer and sports activities to develop skills and confidence.
• Teach fundamentals of soccer from basic to advanced levels.
• Foster a positive environment emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Implement BAM! Sports Programs tailored to student levels.
• Serve as a substitute instructor at different program locations as needed.
• Assist with inventory, preparation, and other duties when not teaching.
