SOCCENT J33 seeks a highly skilled proactive J33 Battlewatch Supervisor Directorate Task Lead. Here you will supervise and lead the Battlewatch Support Team Monday-Friday, (0900-1700 hrs), providing oversight and management of all Battlewatch Specialists. Due to the ever-changing requirements of operational necessities within the USCENTCOM AOR, the J33 Battlewatch Supervisor must maintain awareness of J3 activities and provide leadership, mentorship, training, and knowledge management requirements to all subordinate Battlewatch specialists. Provide leadership and scheduling oversight over all Battlewatch Specialists, including providing Battlewatch shift schedule to the COR by the last day of each month for the following month, ensuring 100% manning at all times. The report shall be uploaded to ASSIST for Government approval. JOC Battlewatch Supervisor shall maintain all relevant training requirements and daily specialized technical support requirements for all Battlewatch Specialists.
