Job summary

Vistra Communications (Vistra) seeks a Battlewatch Supervisor Directorate Task Lead to supervise the Battlewatch Support Team, ensuring 100% staffing and timely reporting. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and coordination with the J33 staff to sustain operations in dynamic USCENTCOM AOR requirements.

The candidate should have TS/SCI clearance, advanced military education, and 5+ years in strategic planning and analysis, with experience in CENTCOM-related domains.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance.
• MA/MS in a relevant discipline and PME Level II or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of strategic and operational planning and analysis.
• Experience in CENTCOM AOR or related fields (MISO, MILDEC, CYBER, etc.).
• 10+ years of SOF operational experience/education combinations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Battlewatch Support Team Monday–Friday (09:00–17:00).
• Provide leadership, scheduling oversight, and 100% manning for Battlewatch Specialists.
• Prepare and submit monthly shift schedules to the COR for the following month.
• Maintain training requirements and daily support duties for all Battlewatch personnel.
• Monitor operations status and provide situational awareness to J33 Chief.
