HomeLight is seeking a Title Sales Representative in San Bernardino County to drive growth in title orders by building relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and lenders. This role requires 2–5+ years in title sales, with a focus on developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships. The preferred candidate will have strong market understanding and a proven sales record. The base salary is $60,000, with a potential OTE of $120,000 – $200,000, plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in title sales, real estate, or mortgage/lending.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of the Southern California real estate market (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a portfolio of real estate agents, brokers, and lenders.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize market coverage.
