Job summary

Elevate Home Health is seeking a Regional Director of Sales & Business Development to lead regional growth across California. You will coach Account Executives, build hospital and physician partnerships, and drive referrals and census growth in a multi-brand setting including Elevate Home Health, Choice Home Health, Focus Home Health, and San Diego Home Health.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and the ability to align sales strategy with clinical capacity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years of progressive healthcare sales or business development experience.
2+ years of sales leadership experience, overseeing multiple territories or markets.
Home health or hospice sales experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to grow referrals, admissions, census, revenue and market share.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and sales teams across the region.
Build and manage strategic referral partnerships with hospitals, health systems, physicians, SNFs, and senior communities.
Develop regional growth strategies, set measurable goals, and monitor territory performance.
Travel regularly throughout California to maintain an active market presence and leadership.
